  • Draw 3 objects starting with the letter z
  • Create your own zebras – when the pictures have been created discuss the difference in each zebra. Explain that each zebra has its own pattern of stripes.
  • Ask – what is a herd? A large group of animals, especially hoofed mammals that live together or are kept together as livestock. What other animals live in a herd?
  • What travels in – a flock, pack, drove?
  • What other animals live in the grasslands?
