- Print out the song PDF and highlight all letter 'g 's in the text - count how many you have highlighted!
- Draw 3 objects starting with the letter g
- Create a rhythm pattern with the rhyme "Boom, diddy, boom, diddy, boom, boom, boom" and "rub-a-dub, in the tub, rub-a-dub, in the tub"
- Sit in a circle and say the rhythm patterns above - start off slowly and then speed it up. Make it harder by using body percussion instead of a word e.g. clap for the word "diddy". It will sound like - boom, CLAP, boom, CLAP, boom, boom, boom. If someone makes a mistake they will need to sit down. Make it even more challenging by using no words e.g. click, clap, click, clap, click, click, click.
