All orders are dispatched between 1-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Love to Sing does not guarantee delivery time frames which have been provided as a guide only. They are dependent on efficiency of postal services and customs regulations and are subject to normal postal conditions and disruptions.

Delivery within New Zealand

Approximately 1 – 5 business days from despatch.

Delivery to Australia

Regular International: Approximately 3 – 7 business days from despatch

Delivery to the USA

Regular International: Approximately 10 – 14 business days from despatch

Delivery to the UK

Regular International: Approximately 10- 14 business days from despatch

Delivery to Asia

Regular International: Approximately 5 – 14 business days from despatch

Delivery to the Rest of the World

 Was my physical order placed if I wasn’t sent a confirmation email?

If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order and asked to receive a confirmation email  but didn’t – your order has most likely been received.

Check your spam or junk mail folder for the confirmation email.

How do I pay?

You can pay by using a credit card on our secure encrypted website. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal (need to confirm by going through the ordering process the credit cards accepted)

Return, refunds and exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from Love to Sing!

Damaged or faulty items:

If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us to exchange or to receive a full refund of the purchased item.
Please give us the reason for the return by emailing [email protected] for clarification and approval for the return, before sending the goods back.

Other items:

If an item is not damaged or faulty, you may still return it for a full refund of the purchase price (but not the cost of postage) provided that you return the item to us:
1) Within 7 days after delivery to you
2) With your order number and with prior email confirmation
3) In its original condition and in its original packaging.
