Little Jack Horner

Sing and Learn the Actions!


Little Jack Horner sat in a corner,
eating his Christmas pie.
He put in his thumb and pulled out a plum and said
"What a good boy am I!"



  • Listen to the song and use body percussion to play along with the beat (the steady pulse) of the song e.g. tap toes, click fingers, cluck your tongue...


  • Use your imagination - what else can Jack pull out of his thumb? Invite children to act out their idea - can the others guess?
