Music
- Intro: When you hear the numbers show your fingers to count along.
- Listen to the song.
- Ask children are the 7 little fish swimming fast or slow? Slow
- Why do you think the fish are swimming slowly? Because the music (tempo - speed of the beat) is slow.
- Ask children to join their hands together to make a fish. Play the song again and children 'swim in time ' to the music.
Maths
- Ask children to put their hands behind their back and say "show me seven fingers?"
