Lyrics

Never stand on a red rose
with your naked bare toes.
The petals may be soft and squishy
but the thorns are sharp and prickly.
So if you don’t want a thorn in your toe
never stand on a red rose.

Chorus:
Red, red, rose,
you wear such lovely clothes.
You smell so sweet,
you look a treat!
Red, red, rose.

On a bumblebee don’t impose,
when he’s on a red rose.
The perfume of the rose is delicious
but a bumblebee’s sting can be vicious.
So if you don’t want a sting on your nose
on a bumblebee don’t impose!

Repeat chorus
